Sobald die Zusage durch den Veranstalter erfolgt ist, werden die Angaben zur Zahlung per Email übermittelt. Nach Eingang der Zahlung erfolgt die definitive Zusage. Nachträgliche Absagen sind nur bis zum 15.08.2026 möglich. In diesem Fall erstatten wir die Zahlung auf das ursprügliche Zahlungsmittel. Zu einem späteren Termin als der z.g. ist keine Rückvergütung mehr möglich. Keine Tageskasse am Tag der Veranstaltung.
Once the organiser has confirmed your booking, payment details will be sent by email. Final confirmation will be given once payment has been received. Subsequent cancellations are only possible until 15 August 2026. In this case, we will refund the payment to the original payment method. No refunds will be possible after this date. There will be no box office on the day of the event.
