Sobald die Zusage durch den Veranstalter erfolgt ist, werden die Angaben zur Zahlung per Email übermittelt. Nach Eingang der Zahlung erfolgt die definitive Zusage. Nachträgliche Absagen sind nur bis zum 31.09.2025 möglich. In diesem Fall erstatten wir die Zahlung auf das ursprügliche Zahlungsmittel. Zu einem späteren Termin als der z.g. ist keine Rückvergütung mehr möglich. Keine Tageskasse am Tag der Veranstaltung.
As soon as the organiser has confirmed the booking, the payment details will be sent by email. After receipt of payment, the definitive confirmation will be sent. Subsequent cancellations are only possible until 31.09.2025. In this case, we will refund the payment to the original means of payment. No refunds are possible for cancellations later than the above date. No box office on the day of the event.
